Finance Room is a private, internal cash flow dashboard operated by Timberline Digital & Design LLC and Enrollment Genius LLC for the owner's own business and personal accounts. It has one user, the owner. It is not offered to the public.
Bank and credit card balances, transactions and statement details for accounts the owner connects through Plaid, plus budget information the owner enters. Bank login credentials are never seen or stored by this application; connections are made through Plaid using the bank's own login page.
Only to show the owner their own balances, spending and cash flow. Data is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
On Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages and D1), encrypted at rest and served only over HTTPS. Access requires a PIN, and administrative access requires the owner's Cloudflare account with two-factor authentication.
Data is kept while the dashboard is in use and for no more than 24 months after an account is disconnected. The owner can disconnect any bank at any time from within the application, which revokes the Plaid access token, and can delete all stored data on request. This policy is reviewed annually.
